John started his education at the County College of Morris in New Jersey, then graduated from the California College
of the Arts (CCA), obtaining a full scholarship and receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in design and then went to UC
Berkeley to take courses in engineering.
He began as a Biochemist in New Jersey and then Industrial Designer for the Container Corporation of America.
Subsequently he became head Graphic Designer for Diablo Valley College, and later the Creative Director at the National
Food Processors Association (California Office) for ten years. After that he created a partnership with three other people
and became the Vice President of Product Development at Promedia Technology for two years, before opening

After several years being a creative director, John developed a way of combining his photography and graphics
